Feeling anxious, depressed, or stressed?

Confused, lost, or stuck?

You don’t have to face it alone.

Connect with a licensed therapist virtually from the comfort of your own home.

Therapy is a meaningful investment of time, energy, and money. To support accessibility, services are in-network with most major commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, AmeriHealth, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Independence Blue Cross, and UnitedHealthcare.

Insurance coverage for therapy varies by plan. Depending on your benefits, you may be responsible for a deductible (an amount paid before insurance begins covering services), co-pay (a fixed fee per session), co-insurance (a percentage of the session cost), or other out-of-pocket costs.

Some insurance plans may also require referrals, limit the number of covered sessions, or have restrictions related to out-of-network coverage.
