About
You’re burnt out, and the pressure to keep it all together wears you down.
Maybe you juggle family, school, or work while trying to stay composed.
Inside, you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and stressed.
You might seem "put together" but quietly struggle with imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and worry.
Therapy offers a safe and supportive place to show up as you are, explore what feels heavy, and process your thoughts and emotions with curiosity and without judgment.
Chris Scarduzio is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Board Certified Coach (BCC), providing virtual therapy to help individuals (18+) and couples navigate life's challenges and transitions.
