The Site is provided “as is” for informational and educational purposes. Content may be updated or modified at any time without notice.

Clinical therapy services are not provided through this Site or by Work and Life Solutions Education LLC.

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency support. Coaching, consulting, and educational resources are provided in a non-clinical capacity and are not a substitute for individualized clinical care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Use of the Site, participation in coaching or consulting, purchase or access of educational resources, or submission of a communication through the Site does not establish a professional, coaching, consulting, clinical, therapeutic, supervisory, or client relationship with Work and Life Solutions Education LLC or Christopher M. Scarduzio.

Communications submitted through the Site, including through the contact form, are not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent or emergency situations.

Coaching

Coaching services are provided by Work and Life Solutions Education on a non-clinical, fee-for-service basis. Coaching is intended to support career development, performance, and professional change. Coaching does not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or other clinical services. Participation in coaching does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Consulting

Consulting services are provided by Work and Life Solutions Education on an individualized, fee-for-service basis. Consulting may include presentations, facilitated team discussions, workplace wellness workshops, and other professional services described on the Site. Consulting is provided in a non-clinical capacity and does not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical supervision. Participation in consulting does not establish a therapeutic relationship.

Educational Resources

Educational resources made available through or in connection with the Site are provided by Work and Life Solutions Education. Educational resources, including books, journals, courses, downloads, and other materials, are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. Purchasing, accessing, or completing an educational resource or course does not establish a professional, coaching, consulting, clinical, therapeutic, supervisory, or client relationship with Work and Life Solutions Education or Christopher M. Scarduzio. Educational resources are not therapy and are not a substitute for individualized care from a licensed professional.

Purchases and Access

Educational resources may include books, journals, courses, and other digital or educational materials. Books and journals may be sold or distributed directly or through third-party retailers, distributors, and publishing platforms, including Amazon and Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). Purchases made through third-party retailers or platforms are subject to the applicable third party’s purchasing, shipping, return, refund, and platform policies. Work and Life Solutions Education does not control the operation or availability of third-party retail, distribution, or publishing platforms.

Online courses are delivered through the current learning management system. Access to purchased courses is subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase and the applicable learning platform requirements. Work and Life Solutions Education reserves the right to modify, update, or replace educational content as materials evolve. While reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access to purchased courses, uninterrupted or perpetual access is not guaranteed.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, purchases of digital educational resources are final and non-refundable due to the immediate availability of digital content.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may hold a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within fourteen days. Where that right applies, you will be asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once access begins. Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under the law applicable to you.

This section governs refund requests made to Work and Life Solutions Education.

It does not affect any right you may hold under the rules of your payment card issuer or payment service provider.

If you experience a technical issue accessing purchased course content, please contact Work and Life Solutions Education at info@workandlifesolutions.com so reasonable efforts can be made to restore access. Work and Life Solutions Education may consider refund requests or other remedies when required by applicable law or, at its discretion, in exceptional circumstances.

Use of the Site is at your own risk. Work and Life Solutions Education LLC, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Site, including technical issues, service interruptions, inaccuracies, or data loss.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. By using the Site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for disputes arising from or related to the Site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
