The Site may include access to “Sol,” an automated virtual assistant designed to provide general informational support related to services, areas of focus, and other publicly available practice information. Sol does not provide therapy, counseling, coaching, crisis support, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency services. Interactions with Sol do not establish a therapist-client, consulting, coaching, or professional relationship and do not constitute clinical care. To help protect privacy, users should not submit sensitive personal, medical, mental health, or confidential information through the chat feature.

The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Site, including technical issues, service interruptions, inaccuracies, or data loss. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of responses generated through the Sol virtual assistant feature.
