4. What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy?
Coaching focuses on goals, professional development, performance, and navigating work or career changes. Psychotherapy is a clinical service that may involve assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health concerns.
Work and Life Solutions Education LLC does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, or other clinical therapy services. Coaching provided through Work and Life Solutions Education LLC is non-clinical and is not a substitute for individualized clinical care.

5. Is coaching provided virtually?
Yes. Career and performance coaching is provided through virtual sessions.
6. How much does coaching cost?
Coaching is offered on a fee-for-service basis. Individual sessions are $150 for 60 minutes. Three-session packages are $400, and six-session packages are $750. Packages provide savings compared with individual sessions.
7. What does professional consulting include?
Professional consulting provides organizations and leaders with practical guidance through presentations, facilitated team discussions, and workplace wellness workshops focused on employee well-being, healthy workplace practices, and sustainable performance.
